LearnVest is searching for a talented and passionate system admin to join our fast growing New York City start-up. LearnVest engineers are helping to build the infrastructure and standards of a growing company while working with new and exciting technology.
- Work both directly with people as well as managing online tickets.
- First point of contact for internal technical support
- Helping improve the support infrastructure by updating FAQ, collateral, and other resources.
- Balancing support requests while prioritizing the most urgent requests.
- Give support to our Planning Team on various projects
- Liaison with vendor tech support and vet out external services
Nice to haves:
- A minimum of 3+ years of helpdesk experience
- Strong Windows experience
- Working knowledge of MAC OS
- Understanding of how to fix most basic technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SalesForce and VoIP
- Expertise with Networking and troubleshooting
- MS Office suite proficiency
