Overview:
Position Scope:

LearnVest is searching for a talented and passionate system admin to join our fast growing New York City start-up. LearnVest engineers are helping to build the infrastructure and standards of a growing company while working with new and exciting technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Work both directly with people as well as managing online tickets.
  • First point of contact for internal technical support
  • Helping improve the support infrastructure by updating FAQ, collateral, and other resources.
  • Balancing support requests while prioritizing the most urgent requests.
  • Give support to our Planning Team on various projects
  • Liaison with vendor tech support and vet out external services

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of helpdesk experience
  • Strong Windows experience
  • Working knowledge of MAC OS
  • Understanding of how to fix most basic technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to haves:
  • Experience with SalesForce and VoIP
  • Expertise with Networking and troubleshooting
  • MS Office suite proficiency
