We are searching for a talented and passionate system admin to join our fast growing New York City startup. LearnVest engineers are helping to build the infrastructure and standards of a growing startup while working with new and exciting technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Work both directly with people as well as managing online tickets.
  • First point of contact for internal technical support
  • Helping improve the support infrastructure by updating FAQ, collateral, and other resources.
  • Balancing support requests while prioritizing the most urgent requests.
  • Give support to our Product and Sales teams various projects
  • Assist in scaling infrastructure projects

Skills/Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1+ years' of helpdesk experience
  • Strong Mac experience
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server O.S.
  • Understanding of how to fix most basic technical issues
  • Some knowledge of Linux
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • AWS/EC2 experience
