We are searching for a talented and passionate system admin to join our fast growing New York City startup. LearnVest engineers are helping to build the infrastructure and standards of a growing startup while working with new and exciting technology.
- Work both directly with people as well as managing online tickets.
- First point of contact for internal technical support
- Helping improve the support infrastructure by updating FAQ, collateral, and other resources.
- Balancing support requests while prioritizing the most urgent requests.
- Give support to our Product and Sales teams various projects
- Assist in scaling infrastructure projects
- A minimum of 1+ years' of helpdesk experience
- Strong Mac experience
- Working knowledge of Windows Server O.S.
- Understanding of how to fix most basic technical issues
- Some knowledge of Linux
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- AWS/EC2 experience
