We have an opportunity for an IT Analyst – Sales Enablement in Battle Creek, MI. Grow with us as you work with a progressive, dynamic group of IT professionals.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as IT Analyst – Sales Enablement at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
Implementing and supporting a mobile time and attendance solution that will be used by 4,000 sales merchandisers every week.
Managing System Integrators and other 3rd parties to ensure all components of the system are working together.
Gathering and prioritizing requirements from DSD Sales Execution for approved projects and enhancements
Participating with DSD Sales Execution users, IT infrastructure teams, and other IT teams to ensure that business requirements are properly configured within Kronos Time and Attendance and Passport mobile solution and that all development objects perform as designed
Participating in the development and documentation of detail technical specifications for programming and/or configuration
Assisting in developing training material required to implement Sales Enablement systems and procedures
Participating in design, implementation and support of a mobile Sales Time and Activity Tracking solution for Kellogg Merchandisers.
Providing tactical support to the end-user community of Kellogg Merchandisers
Developing expertise in DSD Sales Execution and systems and solutions within Kellogg.
Developing self with a broad knowledge of the retail execution business process and, the technology landscape that supports it while also developing multiple areas of expertise
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Information Technology, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or other related field
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Ability to effectively collaborate with people within a project team
Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues
Kronos Configuration skills a plus.
Experience in design, implementation and support of mobile applications a plus
Experience in Agile Methodologies a plus
Project Management expertise a plus
Java EE or J2E
SAP SD and SAP ABAP development experience a plus.
