Job Title: IT Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst needed to work in Juno Beach with some travel to the GO in Miami approximately once a week. Mileage to be paid. Candidate needed to assisted with Enterprise Customer Complaint applications. Will be responsible to analyze business processes and practices in various corporate staff business units in an effort to focus the support, design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives. This position will elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of customers or project stakeholders by supporting existing applications, providing IT liaison role or for projects interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to convey those business needs following the system development life cycle. Candidates applying for this position must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following areas: - Able to analyze and understand the corporate staff groups business problems. Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language. - Proven experience with collaborative tools and document management systems - Knowledge of customer information and customer complaint software applications - Fundamental understanding of project management concepts - able to plan and manage activities - Deep understanding of system development life cycle and SCRUM methodologies - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks while under pressure - Working knowledge of programming languages, network, operating systems and standards - Highly self-motivated and directed - Strong customer focus - Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
