* Create, manage, and maintain user accounts in Active Directory
* Assist network and server team
* Windows XP/7 Vmware, citrix Windows Server 2003 Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Visio, Excel)
* Remedy ticketing system
* Desktop and laptop hardware (Dell
* Desktop imaging with Ghost/Windows
* Deployment Services Antivirus and malware detection and removal applications
* SAP experience preferred
