Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products is seeking an IT Lead, Business Relationship- Consumer Finance. This position is located in Skillman, NJ.

The portfolio includes heritage brands JOHNSON'S® Baby and BAND-AID® Brand, as well as leading skin care brands such as AVEENO® and CLEAN & CLEAR®.
The IT Lead for Finance systems delivers high quality, compliant technology solutions to specified requirements on schedule and within budget. The Lead practices good IT Systems Development Life Cycle and project management processes. This role includes leading assignments to build/maintain systems of medium to high complexity. Systems/Applications under scope include among others, Mercury R2R, BW, Bravo, DaRT, Vertex, BIF, etc.
Primary Responsibilities will include the following;
Partner with the business community to understand & articulate process needs (Finance Domain) and identify IT Solutions to fulfill those requirements in the Short/Mid and Long term within the context of existing Direction and Roadmaps.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse audiences (Business and IT) and at different levels within the organization. Act as a liaison between the business units and IT groups.
Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analysis for IT Finance systems Initiatives.
Benchmark, analyze and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of processes and systems currently supported by BUIT Finance (i.e. SAP Mercury, Bravo/BIF, Reporting, BW, etc.)
Interact with J&J IT Global Finance to research and validate existing and/or innovative solutions that can be leveraged within the local environment.
Lead implementation of IT Finance solutions by coordinating overall project planning/execution and managing resources accordingly.
Oversee provision of end-user base business support (Finance Systems), including help desk and technical services. Administer vendor and consultant contracts/service agreements.
Ensure that all compliance requirements including Sarbanes-Oxley, GxP, IAPP, are included in activities where required.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum work experience of 5 years in IT Roles related to Business Analysis and/or Project Management is required. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a project team from concept through delivery and operations are required. Strong business partnering skills, analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to manage multiple priorities is required. Ability to interface and manage strategic relationships with business partners by representing and promoting IT capabilities is required. Experience in Systems Development Life Cycle methodologies are required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Good troubleshooting and decision-making skills, in both a project and support related context is required. Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions is required.
Exposure to Financial systems or other packaged Finance solutions is preferred. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer packaged goods industry is preferred. Exposure to Business Intelligence solutions is preferred. Budget management is preferred. Understanding of compliance and information security standards is preferred.
