IT Recruiters(Mid Level and Senior)
This position will play an important role in researching and sourcing top tier candidates to be considered for employment. We are looking for an outgoing, curious individual who has a proven track record of success in staffing all levels of IT positions and a passion for all facets of the recruiting cycle.
Must have full recruitment cycle experience (Researching/Sourcing/Screening/Coordination/Closing candidates) Find new hot candidates through the use of social media and networking and other innovative techniques Develop a database of “people you know” in order to make the right match Execute recruitment strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool Spend time with the technology team, learn the workflow of job requirement and have a clear understanding of the company values. Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates for further consideration. Initiates proactive ongoing communication channels with Hiring managers and candidates Work with internal teams to schedule phone interviews, in-person meetings Assist in the creation of position descriptions and post open positions on internal and external websites as needed Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities Experienced in processing of non-immigrant and immigrant visas for employees. Required Skills
2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience of IT positions with extensive knowledge and experience utilizing online recruiting tools Possession of a vast and diverse network of IT professionals Strong knowledge of technical job market and web based internet recruiting methods (Dice/other websites) Should have basic understanding of technology and be conversant with technical terms like agile, testing, .NET, SQL, PHP, Joomla, C#, QA, JavaScript, etc. Outgoing personality and high comfort level speaking with a wide range of people on the phone. Proven ability to interact, influence and negotiate with a variety of internal clients and external candidates. Ability to handle multiple requirements at a time Strong understanding of basic immigration laws and work authorization/visa requirements Must be a self-starter who will require very little supervision
