The IT recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process, developing sourcing strategies for jobs specific needs, building an ongoing candidate pipeline using research, networking, and online job databases information, and recruiting and interviewing potential candidates to select highest quality hires. As a member of the Human Resources team this individual must understand business/organizational challenges and provide innovative recruiting solutions that support the growth at

Perimeter E-Security. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Partner with hiring manager to create and review job requisitions, defining and validating key position requirements and defining what a new employee needs to do to succeed in a position
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Source, Recruit, and Pre-screen candidates for a variety of technical and functional skill sets
  • Review resumes of candidates submitting interest to open requisitions
  • Participate in interviews and integrate information gained about candidates with hiring manager to decide whether to extend a job offer
  • Provide hiring managers regular updates and communication on progress made towards filling open requisitions
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for futures consideration
  • Accurately document and track candidates in the applicant tracking system
  • Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers, peers and candidates
  • Actively participates and contributes to process improvement strategies and projects within the Human Resources Team.
*** This individual must be willing to commute to Colorado Springs approximately one day per week

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or international equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
  • Minimum 3 years of IT recruiting experience in the greater Denver metropolitan area
  • Willing to travel to our Colorado Springs office on a weekly basis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively provide valuable and timely customer service to candidates, hiring managers and senior level management
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Desired:
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of products
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT recruiting experience, preferably with Microsoft Exchange and Network Operations
  • Experience in working with Taleo‚Äôs Applicant Tracking System
  • High energy, aggressive, can-do attitude
  • Drive to deliver results, take accountability and ownership of work, and continuously improve
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Excellent organization, planning, and documentation skills
