The IT Security Engineer will participate as an active member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Engineering team with a primary responsibility of providing solution engineering, integration activities and operational support.
The candidate will also perform cross operational functions from within the IAM Engineering team to provide additional support.

The IT Security Engineer will:
Work with members of the project teams to design and integrate applications with the enterprise Identity and Access Management tools including Microsoft ForeFront Identity Manager (FIM) and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
He/she will interact directly with Client's Implementation and Project Management teams and internal personnel to ensure that the company's needs are satisfied, and integration plans are well defined and executed.

Be responsible for providing senior level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding Identity and Access Management system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the systems.

Design, develop, and implement solutions to resolve highly complex technical and business issues related to User Provisioning and Role-Based Access Control.

Be recognized as an expert in Role Based Access Control and User Provisioning systems who provides guidance and internal consulting expertise toward integration of directories, applications, and systems.

Perform capacity and resource planning, assess risks, and create contingency plans for high complexity systems.
Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprise's needs.
Facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards and procedures for technology solutions within IAM.
Participate in rotating on-call support, responsible for resolution of service outages and other service problems during the on-call period.
On call may occur during standard or non-standard business hours.
Work some weekends for the purpose of production releases.
Work in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for long periods of time.
Occasionally travel by car, plane or other forms of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences.
Approximately 50-80 percent of time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.

Must have a high ethical standard.
Project leadership ability including mapping out technical and business dependencies, milestones and timelines, while also providing operational production support.
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with minimal professional and managerial supervision.
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal teamwork skills Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Ability to lead and train others Solid understanding of the Following concepts:

Identity and Access Management principles and practices User Provisioning and user lifecycle management Workflow processes ForeFront Identity Manager (FIM) SailPoint IdentityIQ Software design/development in .NET using C# Web Services and cloud-based technologies
Directory Services (Microsoft AD-DS/AD- LDS, LDAP)
Relational Database concepts (Microsoft SQL Server) Knowledge of ITIL framework and operational processes
Experience with development methodologies including Waterfall, and Agile/Scrum processes
Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline) or an equivalent combination of education and experience

8+ years IT work experience working in multiple system environments with
8+ a minimum 4 years of experience in Information Security

Knowledge of Insurance, Sales, Claims, HR, and Financial systems Experience with Version Control, Change Control, and Release Management processes.

Certification(s) in industry-adopted security expertise areas such as, CISSP, GIAC, GSNA, or CISA.
Other development languages including Java Web application server configuration Scripting technologies (PowerShell, JavaScript, Perl)
