The Business Analyst will work as part of agile teams working on projects in the Ecommerce and Marketing areas. Many of the projects will be part of a larger program with focus on online activities and mobile applications.
Partner with product and process owners to understand the vision and business value for the domain/project.
Facilitate release planning sessions to develop and maintain the product roadmap.
Establish the product backlog and work with the product/process owners to ensure feature-level user stories are prioritized and accurately reflect customer and business priorities.
Lead cross-functional teams comprised of product management, operations, and other subject matter experts to facilitate user story development.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs and functionality requirements.
Perform detailed story analysis to determine conditions of satisfaction and to understand the impact to other systems, projects, domains, and operational teams.
Ensure delivery of Analyst artifacts as agreed to by the project/domain team.
Participate in daily scrum meetings and take the initiative to organize other necessary meetings.
Answer ad hoc questions and provide clarification/direction to development and support teams regarding user stories and functions.
Review and approve test cases.
Partner with product/process owner to educate end-users and processors regarding new enhancements.
Contribute to continuous improvement and proactively support knowledge-sharing within the domain/project team and the Analyst practitioner community.
Work to define and improve team and practitioner processes.
Think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems and propose solutions that address expressed needs.
Facilitate negotiation and build consensus amongst competing parties, ultimately driving teams to decision.

2+ years experience as a Business Analyst with project work specific to IT-related systems/applications.
2+ years experience of gathering detailed business requirements, interpreting customer business needs, and translating needs into operational business requirements.
Demonstrated agile methodology project experience.
Prior or current experience as a Business Analyst interacting directly with an eCommerce and/or Marketing business unit.
Experience with analysis in Agile, Scrum, environments.
Prior work experience with IT projects that support online business activities.
Prior work experience with IT projects that support mobile applications.
Prior experience reviewing and approving test cases.
