Job Description :|
IT Solution Sales assistant / Vendor relations is responsible for all or part of these areas:
? Facilitate communication between internal technicians and vendors
? Creating quotations for customers
? Participate in various vendor relations projects
? Responsible for reducing costs associated with doing business with vendors in the aggregate and on specific products and services
? Responsible for purchasing, inventory, customer service, billing / order management (hardware sales & technical support)
? Work closely with channel representatives and managers to build strong business relationships (local and nationwide vendors)
? Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services
? Review the entire hardware inventory monthly
? Responsible for invoicing monthly and non-monthly maintenance customers
? Purchase and organize assets (Servers, computers, licenses, driver discs etc)
Daily Tasks :
? Check emails throughout the day
? Reply emails or phone calls to vendors
? Reply emails or phone calls to any customer inquiry
? Create invoices and make sure to get copies from accounting department
? Create estimates and send it to customers. Also, it is important to follow up customers afterwards
? Contact vendors for external and internal needs
? Organize work environment
? Communicate with support team (repair status, maintenance schedule, customer services)
? Invoicing (hardware sales and technical support)
End of Month Tasks :
? Check maintenance log sheets. Make sure that hours are correct and if it is necessary to invoice customers for labor charge or overtime charge, request invoices.
Beginning of Month Tasks :
Must speak, read and write Japanese at the Business Level.
