Cintas is currently looking for an IT Solutions Consultant for the SAP team within IT. The IT Solutions Consultant is responsible for: developing governance agreements between clients and developers and facilitating planning processes; establishing liaison relationships with business partners to provide technical solutions to meet their needs; assessing client needs to determine alignment of unit / corporation business needs and the impact on business processes to establish strategic priorities; reviewing and confirming financial and risk management information in business cases; managing the process of identifying and communicating high-level business requirements for the identification, design and implementation of business solutions; assisting in the relocation of problems reported to IT by client as needed; recommending improvements to design and developing approaches based on test and implementation results across projects; developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or selecting vendors for clients in accordance with IT standards and specifications; promoting an understanding of IT roles, processes and activities to the business units; recommending alternative corporate products, solutions and strategies based upon best practice research; developing a rolling year plan and budget for IT needs of the client and monitoring and reporting on plan vs. actual for IT expenditures; benchmarking with other companies to collect research in terms of best practices, business processes and procedures; and capturing and tracking operational metrics to understand performance and to ensure success in process improvements.


High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in IT discipline is preferred

Minimum 10 years of business and/or Information Technology work experience

Minimum 8 years of experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering, with strong emphasis on communication with the external customer

Minimum 3 years of experience partnering and/or working within Sales, Service and Marketing organizations

Experience with Order to Cash processes, including Opportunity to Order, B2B sales and B2C sales, preferred

Experience with Service processes including, Scheduling, Routing, Work Order and Subcontractor Management, preferred

Experience with a mobile route force, preferred

SAP experience, preferred

Project management experience, preferred

PMI certification, preferred

Six Sigma experience, preferred
