Day to Day maintenance of the Document Management System including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting issues and on-time issue resolution or escalation. Report and track the issues and system defects. Proactive Identification. Root cause analysis and proactive monitoring of the system to prevent future issues. Maintenance (upgrades) perform system upgrades in partnership with the Vendor and the Infrastructure Service Support team. Document Business Requirements while interacting closely with the customers and conduct process analysis. Provide solutions to the customers? business needs by configuring the system for their use. Provide custom solutions for the customers needs in the implementation of new functionality as provided by the vendor. Communicate with the customer and management on the status of the project. Define the policies and standards for Document Imaging System usage within the organization that can be used as a guideline by the User Community and for new implementations. Train the users to be able to successfully use the system and minimize errors and have knowledge to troubleshoot. Perform business process automation and scripting using Document Imaging System functions Act as a liaison between the User Community and Application support team and IT to encourage customer relationship growth. Engage with the customers on a regular basis to ensure their support needs are met.

Bachelor's Degree with coursework in computing or information systems and three years of related computer Systems management experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.The following knowledge, skills and abilities are required as appropriate to the technical field: Prior experience with specific systems, equipment and software may be specified as needed by department. Considerable knowledge of principles of computing and communications networks, and characteristics of computing hard and software used in distributed environment. Ability to install and configure server hardware and software including Operating Systems and associated configurations. Ability to install and configure advance data communications or telecommunications hardware and software. Ability to assimilate, retains, and utilize technical and applications-oriented information. Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
5 + years of experience in requirements management lifecycle including requirements gathering, elicitation and elaboration. 2 + years of experience in support of ImageNow application in a large Enterprise. Knowledge of the methods and equipment used in electronic data processing, including system analysis and design, and computer programming techniques. Strong skill in independently writing programs for computer applications and scripting for automation purposes. Knowledge of all phases of the application development lifecycle and project management disciplines. Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions. Ability to manage projects independently and guide the customers in documenting their business processes as it applies to the Application usage.
