This includes technology that ensures the security of our most valuable asset – our data. This role's primary responsibilities are to drive day to day leadership of the operations teams, applications/services/infrastructure, and initiatives with a focus on ITIL Service Operations methodologies.

Essential Responsibilities

Drive operations process standardization and adherence across all constituents

Partner with IT Risk technology & service leaders, support organizations, outsourced providers and the business peer organizations to ensure stable operations and continued improvements

Proactively monitor the health of supported applications and infrastructure components and drive operational excellence with KPI’s and metrics

Develop and manage Service Management strategies and implement continuous improvement

Monitor and control in the support of overall IT Risk Solutions financial commitments

Manage global team, including hiring and developing talent

Manage vendor and contract support teams

Accountable for the end customer experience for the solutions

Manage, develop and mentor associates

Develop strategies and plans for process excellence and simplification in operations

Perform operational capability benchmarking

Direct operations staff in incident resolution, problem mgmt., transition to operations, and change management activities

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering (or a High School Diploma/GED/Other higher level education degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in the application of information technologies to business solutions)

Minimum 3 years of experience in managing global IT operations or delivery of global applications

Minimum 10 years of IT Background

Minimum 2 years of Leading off shore contractors

Minimum 5 years of building, leading and developing IT teams with remote resources

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Desired Characteristics

Experience with McAfee, Mozy, SafeBoot, Qualys, and/or Sophos

Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills

Technical depth in applications delivered and supported

Demonstrated experience in managing and coaching large-scale, global, diverse team of direct reports

Strong cross-functional team player with ability to work in a matrix structure, across time zone and national boundaries

Exceptionally strong organizational, facilitation and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex problems, analyze options and navigate diverse perspectives and objectives

ITIL and/or Black Belt certification
