Responsible for performing the first line of support for IVRS applications.

  • Responding to and logging of IVRS Support Requests.
  • Resolving routine support requests.
  • Escalating support requests as necessary.
  • Monitoring of, and following up on outstanding requests.
  • Assisting in the management of support documentation.
  • Other projects as assigned.
  • Advise the department head of any ongoing/repeat support issues
  • Participate in the ongoing improvements to the support and operations phase of the business.
Required Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including MS Word, MS Excel, and Access
Required Experience
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or G.E.D.
