Responsible for performing the first line of support for IVRS applications.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responding to and logging of IVRS Support Requests.
- Resolving routine support requests.
- Escalating support requests as necessary.
- Monitoring of, and following up on outstanding requests.
- Assisting in the management of support documentation.
- Other projects as assigned.
- Advise the department head of any ongoing/repeat support issues
- Participate in the ongoing improvements to the support and operations phase of the business.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including MS Word, MS Excel, and Access
- Minimum of a High School diploma or G.E.D.
