Analyze and integrate geospatial-intelligence from all collection sources available. Performs geographic information systems (GIS) analyses on natural resources data. Plans, designs, develops, documents and analyzes spatial and relational databases. Applies software to manage spatial and related tabular data. Builds databases by capturing map information with coordinate digitizer. Produces computer map products depicting contents of databases. Locates sources of GIS data.
6+ Years with HS including specialized training at a military school or 5+ Years with AA or 2+ Years with BS Required Experience:
The candidate shall analyze and integrate geospatial-intelligence from all collection sources available. Research and order imagery, perform trend analysis, monitor facilities, and create final products for use by MCIA customers. Research and review relevant imagery and merge multi-sensor products. Stay apprised of emerging sensor capabilities of interest to MCIA and help shape future production to integrate these capabilities into future production activities. Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with AGI/FSG. MCIA/Marine Corps experience.
Experience with panchromatic, multi-spectral, infra-red and radar imagery.
Familiarization with SIGINT and HUMINT reporting and analysis.
Experience with fusion of multi-INT data.
Experienced/proficient in AGI production and analysis.
Experience in the use of SOCET GXP, RemoteView, IEC, NES, FalconView, CSIL, WARP, NIL, IPL, UNIL/UWARP, Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems.
Familiarization with RMS, ArcView/ArcMap, NGA Softcopy Pilot, ERDAS Imagine, and FalconView.
