DESCRIPTION

Passport Health Communications, Inc., a nationally recognized pioneer developing innovative solutions for the healthcare industry and one of Healthcare Informatics Top 100 Healthcare Companies, is seeking a Implementation/Operations Analyst.

The Implementation/Operations Analyst has primary responsibility to work with key clients in providing on-site and remote support for Passport's products and to exceed client expectations through superior client relationship management, implementation support, operations support, and training.

DUTIES

  • Manage multiple implementation projects at different stages while making good decisions on an ongoing basis in addition to handling client concerns
  • Gathering and documenting requirements
  • Performing GAP analysis and defining solutions to gaps
  • Involved in QA processes and methodologies, (creation of test plans, test documents, and test cases)
  • Document, triage, analyze, monitor, and facilitate resolution of complex issues from internal and external clients
  • Effectively communicate with development and technical/customer support staff to resolve issues
  • Manage ongoing operations for client(s) following implementation to ensure ongoing delivery of superior results and achievement of service level targets.
Other Duties as Required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health or Computer Sciences (or equivalent work experience) required.
  • Minimum 3-4 years implementation or process/operations management experience required
  • 5-7 years' experience with healthcare industry and technology desired (Payer facing solutions)
  • Experience with customer service, reporting, and service level agreements
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Must possess a strong understanding of the healthcare financial cycle and Payer data file formats
  • Proven track record with successful projects delivered in a timely manner
  • Payer experience a must
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS Office, Visio
  • Basic understanding of EDI Eligibility Transactions
  • Excellent Documentation skills
