Play a key role at Travel Guard by providing policy sales and customer service. The World Service Center answers incoming phone calls from customers, educating, and providing support to current and potential customers and travel agents by answering questions related to products and services. No insurance experience needed! Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Using sales techniques to assist customers with product selection and close sales.
Seeking up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Resolving product or service problems by identifying the area of concern and providing solutions.
Qualifications for this position are as follows:
1+ year’s sales & customer service experience.
Proven experience in product or service sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to learn new accounts and updates to policies.
Proven conflict resolution skills.
