FIELD REPRESENTATIVE:
Reconnect lenders with their borrowers by going to the borrower’s home or work to encourage the borrower to communicate with their lender to help resolve the delinquent account. Field Representatives are Independent Contractors representing NCCI in the field and are paid per completed assignment. The Description of Services provides a list of the different assignments.

Representative’s requirements:
Have access to a computer with a printer and internet
Own a digital camera with date/time stamp capabilities and cell phone
Have access to reliable transportation (fuel-efficient vehicle, preferred)
Availability to work nights and weekends
Ability to pass a basic background check
Be professional with strong oral and written communication skills
Be comfortable with face-to-face “interviews” with consumers
Be at least 21 years of age

As an independent contractor or vendor, NCCI requires all Field Representative to obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN). It is free to obtain online through the irs.gov website. We also recommend you register your business (DBA, LLC or Corporation), but it is optional for the first three months. If you do not have a business, you will be asked to obtain one if your work increases five work orders a month for three months.

REGIONAL VENDOR PROGRAM:
NCCI has exclusively contracted Regional Vendor A & B Field Services to manage, train, and pay Field Representatives. The Regional Vendor provides a great opportunity for you to learn NCCI procedures and build a one-on-one relationship with them to help build your business.

COVERAGE:
It is important to our clients that work is completed on time, therefore, most Regional Vendors prefer representatives cover a 25 to 30 mile radius from either their home or work. This enables representatives to attempt assignments within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. There are times when reps are asked to complete assignments outside of that radius but more time can be provided.

PAY:
The Regional Vendor pays representatives based on their coverage area, assignment type, and reported results. A & B Field Services pay range is from $20.00 to $40.00 per assignment with a $50 minimum plus mileage for trips outside of your area.
The above fees are subject to change by mutual agreement. The fee schedule is intended to reflect typical circumstances and conditions, fees are negotiable for special circumstances.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

One-Run Field Call:
Service involves face-to-face contact with borrower and the delivery of a client letter. Additionally, an inspection is performed. The inspection involves taking photos of the property and/or collateral, as well as, documenting various elements of the property.

  • Attempt to make contact with the borrower, within 24 hours for metro areas and within 3 days for other areas
  • Verify and/or update borrower’s contact information, as well as, collateral; could include visiting neighbors or surrounding businesses
  • Deliver letter in a sealed Personal and Confidential envelope
  • Take photographs of the residence, number on the residence, neighborhood, and if applicable, collateral (at least three photos are required)
  • Upon making contact with the borrower, encourage them to immediately contact client
  • Following a Field Call visit, complete and submit a secure online Field Call Report

Three-Run Field Call:
Service is similar to the Field Call-One run, however, the representative is required to make three attempts or make contact with borrower whichever one comes first.

  • The first attempt needs to be completed within three days; the second within the next three days; and final attempt within the next three days
  • Take one photo per attempt plus one of the residence, number on the residence, neighborhood, and, if applicable, collateral for the final report (four to six photos required)
  • Attempt Requirements: Anytime, Weekend, and Evening (attempt made after 4:45 PM)
  • Two of the three attempt-requirements listed above can be completed in the same day
  • If unable to make direct contact, deliver letter in a sealed Personal and Confidential envelope
  • Following a visit, complete and submit a secure online Field Call Report for each attempt and a final report

Loss Mitigation: Assist lenders with loan modification program. It involves up to three attempts to make contact with the borrower (same attempt requirements as the Field Call Three-Run). Some of these assignments have a goal of placing the customer on the phone with the client (like a field call), while the majority involves picking up documentation from the borrower and sending it to the client.

  • Assignments have the same attempt requirements as the Field Call Three-Run
  • Obtain completed documents and forward to client by means mail, UPS, or FedEx OR attempt a warm-call transfer to NCCI Loss Mitigation team or client representative
  • Take one photo per attempt plus one of the residence, number on the residence, neighborhood, and, if applicable, collateral for the final report (four to six photos required)
  • If unable to make direct contact, deliver letter in a sealed Personal and Confidential envelope
  • Following a visit, complete and submit a secure online Field Call Report for each attempt and a final report

Letter Delivery: Service requires representatives to deliver a letter in a sealed Personal and Confidential envelope.

  • Make deliver of letter, within 24 hours for metro areas and within 3 days for other areas
  • Deliver letter in a sealed Personal and Confidential envelope
  • Take photographs of the residence, number on the residence, and neighborhood; if applicable, collateral
  • Upon making contact with the borrower, encourage them to immediately contact client
