Typical Job Functions:
Manage a team of IT security assessment professionals, who review infrastructure , applications and source code designs and deployments.
Ensure that the deliverables are of quality and consistent in format.
Represent the team within the Information Security Office management team.
Manage the resourcing and the associated budgets for the Security Services team.
Manage the back office functions for the Security Service team (approvals, time sheets, expenses, travel, purchases, new hire processing, terminations)
Manage sub-contractor onboard, budgets and deliverables.
Participate in M&A analyses and integration activities.
Provides subject matter expertise and knowledge of internal/external market trends on global security issues.
Develops global security solutions strategies for highly complex assignments.
Review and secure solutions that impact the business, IT function and strategy, and/or organization as a whole, improving operational effectiveness.
Be responsible for correlation of processes and controls with industry standards, such as ISO 27001/27002.

- Experience managing and directing a senior-level technical security team
- Experience in managing geographically separated staff
- Demonstrated experience in network security, application security, risk assessment and vulnerability management.
- IT Security Program Management
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing, source review, coding/development a major plus
