an OOBM Information Security Specialist - Senior, you will provide non-personal services
in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM),
Assistant Chief of Staff (ACofS), G-5. You will provide technical solutions and
recommendations on best business practices for Out of Band Management (OOBM)
for Active Directory (AD), Identity Management, Enterprise Directory Service
(EDS), and other Microsoft-based Global Network Enterprise (GNE) AD Army
Enterprise applications. This requirement supports the Non-secure Internet
Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secure Internet Protocol Router Network
(SIPRNET), and Deployed Forces (DF) environments. You will provide expertise in
network structures, directory service structures, and provide recommendations
in the development of a more efficient and reliable enterprise OOBM solution
and provide engineering analysis support for the security-related hardware;
software; network component evaluations; security policy; process and procedure
determination/evaluation; risk analysis; accreditation package analysis; and
engineering change proposal analysis. Additionally, you will provide security
engineering support in the planning, management, sustainment, and migration of
the legacy AD, Exchange, and windows application environment for the Army
within all theater and functional areas of operation in relation to OOBM.

Investigation (SSBI) BS degree in an Information Security related field and/or
minimum of 4 - 6 years experience in Information Security. IAW DoD 8570.01-M
shall be IASAE level II certified, in CISSP or associate.
Education and Experience:
Active Secret security clearance.
