Boeings Information Security team develops next-generation capabilities for cyber security to protect and defend our infrastructure and data which in turn protects and defends the war fighter. We identify, configure and deploy new technologies to support our efforts to defend against intrusions. When commercial software is unavailable, we will design and build our own solutions to fit the Boeing environment. As a part of Boeing Information Security, you will join a high performance work team of likeminded individuals building the latest capabilities to defend against intrusions from around the world.

The new team members will be paired with a mentor who will help acclimate them to the position. We expect the new team members demonstrate initiative for learning, adaptability to complex situations and a fundamental understanding of how IT systems operate.
- Identifies requirements for security systems. Gathers information used to capture, structure and accurately represent requirements. Conducts analyses to ensure expectations for functionality are met.
- Designs components in order to support the creation of integrated designs.
- Builds components to support the build of delivery systems.
- Tests delivery systems and/or components to ensure that components and systems function according to test plans.
