Job Summary: The IT/Web Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of client technical infrastructure, support and website applications.
? Support day-to-day operations for client including site monitoring and security.
? Proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve technical issues.
? Configure and maintain appropriate email accounts and distribution lists
? Assist other departments with creating and maintaining online content and perform any necessary "How To" training.
? Participates on all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts
? Represents the IT function at customer review meeting when appropriate
? Perform liaison duties between users, operations, and programming personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or trouble shooting
Skills and Qualifications:
? Experience in implementing effective and innovative hardware/network methodologies
? Experience working with multiple vendors providing various inputs for client
? Operations experience in a production environment
? Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
? Solid writing skills
? Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
? Analytical and problem solving skills
? Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
? Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies
? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or related experience
? Minimum eight (8) years' experience within Information Technology
Experience in the following technologies/products is preferred:
? Support of mobile devices
? Experience with eCommerce systems (a plus)
? Microsoft Azure or other cloud based solutions
? Microsoft based technologies
? Content Management Systems
