This is a Fulltime position.
Qualified Professional status is required. This means that a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field with a minimum of two years full time experience working with the I/DD population is required! If the Bachelor’s degree is not in the human services field, four years’ experience is required. Supervisory experience also preferred. Ability to understand and implement state, Medicaid, and local requirements for services. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
Responsible for the supervision of all Innovation, and B-3 services for children and adults on the caseload. Strong communication skills (written and oral) mandatory. Experience with Innovations services, writing short term goals and task analysis is strongly preferred. Candidate must be extremely well organized, responsible, able to handle multiple responsibilities and assign priorities. Successful candidate will have the ability to build relationships with individuals served, their families, the MCO, other provider agencies, community agencies and organizations. The QP must maintain all records on caseload as outlined in the NC Service Records Manual and ESUCP Quality Management policy. Ability to hire, train, supervise and monitor services for individuals we support in the community.
