Job Duties will include :
Administrative support to Director of Development & Finance and Membership Relations Manager
Maintain and update member databases
Responsible for notifications of upcoming events and conferences
Answer phone and assist members with inquiries regarding meetings and membership dues
Manage incoming mail and distribute to appropriate department
Day to day office support duties
Requirements for this position :
1 year related experience in a professional office setting
Exceptional computer skills
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Team oriented and flexible
Professional and Self-Motivated
