Customer Account Representative

Summary: Selling electronic industrial components through proactive account development, relationship building, prospecting, and customer service. Prefer 1-3 years experience with Electronic Component Distribution.

Duties and Responsibilities: Develops and maintains customer base through needs based selling and prospecting. Delivery of outstanding customer service through customer centered sales. Other sales related duties may be assigned.

Skills: Excellent verbal communications with strong phone skills and ability to be persuasive. Must be computer literate with MS Office products. Ability to resolve problems and find creative solutions. Strong math skills including percentages.

Education and Experience: A High School degree with 1-3 years inside sales/prospecting experience. Selling experience in electronic, electrical or industrial business to business markets is preferred.
