Inside Sales/Marketing Assistant
The Inside Sales/Marketing Assistant supports the marketing endeavors and programs of the agency in generating revenue and increase profit margins through increased client service contract enrollment/admissions as well as provision of different agency services.
Scope of Position:
The overall goal of the position is to support the marketing endeavors and programs of the agency in generating revenue and increase profit margins through increased client service contract enrollment/admissions as well as provision of different agency services.
To partner with the marketing team and new business development team to effectively generate leads and referrals resulting in profit to the agency.
Operations Manager and the Director of Marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great “people skills”
Minimum of a 2 year Associates Degree
Computer literate with at least an intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn and utilize other specialty software programs
Professional and presentable
Tremendous organizational skills, self-disciplined and personally accountable
Proven track record of success
Generate leads for the Provider Relations Coordinator
Generate leads for the new business development team
Pick up referrals and coordinate issue and complain resolution
Effectively and efficiently disseminate important information to sources and internal team alike
Facilitate new referrals and follow up on their processing and admitting process
Perform follow up phone calls effectively and efficiently
Complete satisfaction surveys as needed
Assist with setting up marketing and public relations events
Produce reports to assist management and marketing teams and the new business development team
Other duties as needed
