Nova Machine Products is the leading supplier of nuclear quality fasteners and machined products with strong engineering services, standardization and inventory management capabilities to power generating facilities, with primary focus throughout the United States. Nova Machine Products, located in Middleburg Heights near the Cleveland-Hopkins Airport, was initially founded over 25 years ago and acquired by Curtiss Wright in 2004.

Nova serves the following primary markets: power generation, petro-chemical & processing, US Department of Energy (DoE), and Department of Defense (DoD). In addition, Nova customers also include the OEMs, Architech & Engineering (A&E), and construction firms within these markets. Nova's proprietary products/services include Hydranut and Plasmabond. Nova also has an agreement to be the U.S. provider of other safety-related construction products such as Unistrut.

The Account Manager is responsible for new business growth and customer/account management for products and customer accounts, as assigned, for Nova Machine Products. This person will interact with their manager, outside sales, sales administration, and operational personnel to support assigned customers and their product requirements. Travel is expected to be primarily to domestic customers, typically not to exceed 25%.

The Account Manager will primarily focus on developing and improving customer relationships and Nova's overall market position, developing customer account strategies and supporting plans, establishing pricing strategy, negotiating commercial contracts, supporting internal sales forecast and business planning for assigned customers and tracking progress to these targets.

Professional experience should include seven (7) to nine (9) years of technical sales within a manufacturing environment. Must possess knowledge of fasteners, materials, precision-machined parts, and engineered products, within power generation markets (Nuclear Power, a plus), as well as possessing an understanding of ASME, DoE, DoD, and Military requrements.

Qualified candidates must be energized and entrepreneurial, with a passionate attitude in dealing with others, particularly customers, that translates into developing successful business relationships and commitment to high levels of service.
