Success will be measured based on achievement of opportunity–based conversion quotas. The Inside Sales Associate will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills.

This individual will also develop his or her phone–based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.Main Responsibilities: Set up, and maintain all new registrations on new web leads.Log all communications with clients into the CRM, enabling the ability to show reports on call and email activityDaily calls to clientsManage on–line chatNavigate and track warm call transfersSet follow up meetings with sales teamReport on measures 2 to 3 years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacityDemonstrated ability to convert prospects and set appointments deals while maintaining established quotasSolid experience in opportunity qualification, pre–call planning, call control, account development, and time managementSuccess in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makersStrong knowledge of healthcare or B2B methods, practices, and techniquesStrong problem identification and objection resolution skillsExceptional verbal communication and presentation skillsExcellent listening skillsStrong written communication skillsSelf–motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasmAble to perform basic calculations and mathematical figuresAbility to work individually and as part of a teamHigh level of integrity and work ethicExperience with Salesforce required
