Successful candidates will join a team of sales professionals tasked with calling on auto dealers and achieving individual results. At the direction of the National Sales Manager, Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for prospecting and closing lead generation contracts with automotive dealerships. · Independently make telephone calls to prospective and current dealer customers to determine interest
· Using a consultative selling technique, determine customer needs, explain products being marketed and make product recommendations
· Conduct cold calls, schedule appointments and make Internet demonstrations through telephone and web meeting software.
· Achieve monthly sales quota
· Achieve daily/weekly sales activity expectations
· Utilize Salesforce daily to input all sales opportunities/activities and maintain accurate records
· Strong phone selling and verbal skills
· 2 years inside outbound sales experience
· Ability to establish relationships with all levels of customers, management and employees with ease and enthusiasm
· Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet research skills
· Knowledge of automotive industry or online advertising a plus but not required
This individual will report to the National Sales Manager.
