Position Summary:
Thrive Networks seeks to hire an Inside Sales Representative to help identify, qualify and set up meetings with new prospective clients in the Boston area. The Inside Sales Representative must be highly motivated, goal oriented, and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.

The Inside Sales Representative will have primary responsibility for generating a consistent stream of new prospect meetings through self-directed, aggressive lead generation activities. Major focus is placed on business-to-business outbound calling and account qualification with weekly and monthly activity and meeting generation goals. Additional responsibilities will include; handling inbound inquiries from prospective customers, qualifying needs and setting up meetings. Successful candidates will have an aggressive career growth path to become an Outside Sales Representative based on performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
Exceed monthly / quarterly objectives

Be a new business catalyst with the capacity to ramp quickly

Develop and maintain relationships with diverse personalities within an organization, including key stakeholders and Executive contacts

Uphold Thrive Networks’ reputation for the highest level of customer satisfaction in the industry

Skillfully qualify needs of the client and effectively translate into compelling value proposition(s)

Clearly and effectively differentiate Thrive Networks from its competition

Be an active and integral member of a dynamic team

Qualifications

Basic:
Bachelor’s Degree

2-5 years cold calling experience

Strong ability to develop a professional rapport, overcome objections and persuade while maintaining a dynamic and professional demeanor and presence over the phone

Excellent grammar, written and oral communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes preferred
