About the Opportunity: Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of Inside Sales in Richmond, VA. In this position, you will provide frontline customer service by answering questions, solving problems, entering orders and doing order follow-up; Support Outside Sales in implementing the sales and marketing plan; Maximize customer contact on the telephone by turning inquiries into orders; Encourage expanded sale of products while customer is on the telephone; Maintain relationships with established customers; Write bids and quotations when appropriate and does follow-up; Accomplish department and organization sales goals. Inside Sales / Industrial Sales
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in industrial distribution.
