DESCRIPTION

The Inside Systems Engineer's (ISE) primary role is to partner within the Sales team and work alongside Account Executive and Inside Sales Representative to achieve sales and revenue goals. This position will evaluate technical requirements of new sales opportunities and develop technical solutions to meet the needs of prospects.

DUTIES

  • Technical point of contact for prospects and partners throughout the sales process
  • Demonstrate the Casper Suite and other products to prospects
  • Identify customer technical and service needs and provide solutions, using the full catalog of JAMF Software service and software offerings
  • Position and present JAMF Software solutions and proposals to prospects
  • Attend and present at specified events
  • Drive and support evaluations and pilot implementations of the Casper Suite and other JAMF Software solutions
  • Work to ensure that revenue and sales goals are met while maintaining a high level of prospect/customer satisfaction
  • Provide training to customers on the usage of JAMF Software products
  • Provide on-site installation and customization of JAMF Software products in accordance with established procedures
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales and Service departments
  • Special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in presentation
  • Working knowledge of all JAMF Software product offerings, as well as those from other related vendors
  • Working knowledge of the architecture and tools relevant to implementation of JAMF Software products
  • Ability to travel for on site demonstrations, events, implementations, and other duties
  • Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team
  • Proficient, well-rounded experience in technical consultative selling to multiple levels within a complex organization
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience working within a large-scale Macintosh environment preferred
