Provide instructional and clerical support services to students, faculty and other personnel including assisting students with math, language, and basic computer skills.
Other tasks may be assigned based on contemporary institutional need.
Work Schedule: This position is scheduled for approximately 12 hours per week including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Continuation after June 30 is dependent on funding.
Closing Date: Open until filled. Screening to begin immediately.
Start Date: As soon after screening as practical.
Compensation: $9-$12 depending on experience and education.
Provide instructional and clerical support for staff
Assist students with English language, math, reading, writing and basic computer skills
Score tests and assignments
Communicate effectively with LCCC peers and staff
Telephone etiquette including answering and taking accurate messages
Organize materials in classroom areas, clean workspaces, sharpen pencils
Model healthy attitudes, skills and behaviors
High School diploma or GED
Strong math and English language skills, critical thinking, effective communication and interpersonal skills
