The Instructional Design Specialist designs and develops instructional materials for training. They will create descriptions of processes and processing operations for all departments within the company. They provide administrative support related to training and organizational development. The Instructional Design Specialist coordinates training events, maintains tracking of completed training, and provides reporting to ensure employees are kept abreast of training requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional material for training
- Write descriptions of processes and processing operations for all departments
- Work with manuals and other training materials to develop specifications
- Conduct New Hire Orientation, continually assess trainings and make improvements
- Conduct Webinar Training Sessions
- Coordinate training events
- Maintain tracking of all completed trainings
- Update training web pages
- Other duties as assigned
