Coordinate training with training teams.
Follow the progress of students through the program objectives.
Analyze current POI with a mind on improvement.
Troubleshoot with management, instructors, and students to achieve training objectives.
Use lessons learned in the field to mentor students.
Provide oversight to classroom and practical exercises and instruction.
Provide scenario specific support in a managerial capacity to the students.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Must have the ability to work long hours including evenings and nights.
Must be able to drive long distances alone (200 miles plus).
Must be able to communicate using a standard radio.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Must have experience with overseas Intelligence Field Operations or SOF operating under Title 50.
Must be a graduate of STC or ASOT III.
Must have experience applying STC or ASOT III OCONUS with a minimum of one deployment If an IC background; SOF experience is a plus.
Applicant may be subject to government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to access classified information.
Must have relevant understanding of the current threat environment facing the USA.
