UALR Functional Title
Instructor - Accounting / R99628
The faculty member will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in accounting. This is a nine month non-tenure track position.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve on University, College, and Department committees.
- Teach day, night,and online classes during the fall and spring semesters.
- Other duties as required.

’ success as indicated by prior teaching experience and/or mentoring and supervisory experience of employees.
Commitment to maintaining professional licenses and remaining current in the area of expertise and/or instruction.
Required Education and/or Experience
A Master’s degree in accounting or a business related field with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Preferred Education and/or Experience
Prior academic experience is preferred. An earned professional designation is preferred (e.g. CPA , CMA , etc.).
