Insurance - Customer Service Representative
The Auto Club Group seeks an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative for our Tampa Westshore Call Center location.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for processing endorsements, taking payments, resolving billing issues, coverage counseling and adhering to underwriting guidelines. You will respond to inbound calls from not only our policyholders but also from our AAA Insurance Agents.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 1 year recent experience in property and casualty insurance industry, preferably in a customer service and/or call center environment. This job requires a minimum 4/40 license. A 20-44 or 2/20 license is preferred. Candidate must be able to pass a background check which would include criminal and credit check.
