CSC's Banking Solutions Group is recruiting for a full-time Integration Developer to contribute to solution development, product customization, and customer implementations for a highly complex banking solution. As an Integration Developer, you will design and code modern middle-tier service-oriented solutions utilizing an ESB and business process engine and other related technologies. You can reside in any U.S. city. If there is no CSC office nearby, you can work from your home office.

Essential Job Functions

Designs and implements Service Component Architecture (SCA) mediation and process components using IBM WebSphere Integration Developer

Designs and implements transactional micro-flows and business process logic to integrate with web services and queues

Designs and implements frameworks for fault handling, event handling, monitoring, logging, and retry strategies

Installs and configures IBM WebSphere runtime environments for optimum performance, scalability, and high-availability

Understands and extends the application XML data model, and design new XML schemas

Requires strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to resolve BPM-related issues in WebSphere Integration Developer and WebSphere Process Server

Works directly with customers to capture integration requirements and translate that to a comprehensive service design and implementation

Qualifications

Key Skills

Seven or more years of product development experience

Three or more years hands-on experience developing with IBM WebSphere Integration Developer 6 or 7.0

Three or more years working with IBM WebSphere Process Server, IBM WebSphere ESB, BPEL, and web services

Experience with XML, XSD, and WSDL definition and schema design

Experience working with relational databases

Ability to travel 25-50% during the week; Primarily domestic, but some international travel may be required

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred

Nine or more years of experience in software engineering or operating systems programming

Experience working with software design principles

Experience working with conducting costing analyses

Other Qualifications

Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to resolve highly complex software design issues and create new software for multiple products

Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with senior customers, management and team members

Strong communication skills to interact with team members and senior support personnel

Ability to synthesize broad and narrow concepts of high complexity and use them to meet company objectives

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Note: Preferred employee location is DFW Metroplex, but that is negotiable. Travel requirement and location will change depending on client and stage of project implementation.
