As a member of the Intelligence Section selected candidate will assist in the simulation of an Intelligence staff –S/G/J/2 cell including request, collect, analyze, produce and distribute weather information, all-source intelligence-derived analytical products and time-sensitive enemy combat information for a Brigade Combat Team (BCT) in a scenario driven training environment at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, CA. Additionally, selected candidate will be responsible for processing and implementing the G2 Operations Collection Management/Request For Information (RFI) functions in support of the Rotation Training Unit (RTU), developing and implementing the Division Intelligence Synchronization Matrix (ISM) and the integration of available Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms throughout the rotation, as well as assist in the coordination and integration of virtual Unmanned Aerial Surveillance (UAS)
operations and the development of virtual ISR assets into the ISM. Candidate will also assist in development, analysis and production of intelligence products to support Operations Group and RTU briefings and other requirements, coordinate and integrate the utilization of various NTC-assigned intelligence-discipline subject matter experts and provide input in the integration of intelligence systems to NTC intelligence architecture. Selected candidate will also perform other assigned duties as directed in order to meet customer requirements asbwell as adhere to Corporate and local site directives, memoranda, policies and procedures.

Candidate must be able to adapt to a variety of nonstandard problems which require extensive operator intervention (e.g., frequent introduction of new programs, applications or procedures) in response to computer output instructions or error conditions by choosing or devising a course of action from among several alternatives and alters or deviates from standard procedures if standard procedures do not provide a solution (e.g., reassigning equipment in order to work around faulty equipment or transfer channels); then refers problems. Typically, completed work is submitted to users with minimal supervisory review. Candidates must be able to operate a computer for extended periods in an office environment.

This position is a fulltime, non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $25.73 working under the Warfighter Focus (WFF) program, under the Warrior Training Alliance (WTA) at the National Training Center (NTC). The NTC is located in the Mojave Desert at Fort Irwin, CA approximately forty miles northeast of Barstow. WTA operations support the NTC mission: To provide realistic joint and combined arms training focused on developing soldiers, leaders, and units of the United States military for success on the 21st Century Battle Field.


Applicants must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, will be required to occasionally lift 50lbs, obtain and maintain a valid California Driver License, post driving privileges, military licenses and night vision certification. Applicants must be willing to work any shift to include weekends, overtime and holidays. Applicant must be able to travel TDY to destinations in both CONUS and OCONUS. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field desired and must be able to meet requirements in accordance with a Statement of Work with minimal guidance and supervision.


Applicants will occasionally be required to work outdoors in a desert environment and travel off road in company and military tactical vehicles. Applicants must be willing to work any shift to include weekends, overtime and holidays. Preference and desires include a minimum of 4 years related experience as a military All-Source Intel Analyst; former officer or NCO with a minimum of 5 years mlitary experience desired. Additional preferences include Combat Training enter (CTC) experiences, Officer Advance Course, Advance NCO Course and Battle Staff Course graduate.
