This is a Fulltime position.
Must have a master’s degree and must be licensed, provisionally licensed, or board eligible in an appropriate discipline – LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPA. Must have at least one year experience with the population served.
The IIH Team Leader acts as the team leader for other professionals providing this service. Provide clinical and administrative oversight to QP’s providing the IIH service per the service definition. Serve as first responder with on-call responsibility to assist in the event of a crisis. Oversee the development and implementation of the person-centered plan. Provide supportive counseling and psychotherapy to the child and family to improve stability and coping mechanisms. Work with caregivers in the design and implementation of home-based behavioral supports. Psycho educational support regarding wellness, recovery, and substance abuse. Coordinate, organize, and direct the delivery of services with other team members. Attend regular peer reviews as well as group and individual supervision as required. Complete all documentation as required by ESUCP, to include data reporting and case reviews.
