WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as a Category Management Intern at Kellogg Company, you will be part of our success by:
Utilizing syndicated data sources such as AC Nielsen and Information Resources Inc. to analyze and interpret data
Creating shelf schematics using JDA Space Planning
Posting information to the Category Management intranet website
Developing insights on Category results and trends
Creating and analyzing efficient assortment using Kellogg tools
Owning, presenting, and following up on special projects and tasks
Working with Category Management team to create/maintain innovation documentation
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Category Management, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Business or a related field
Minimum of 3.0 GPA (Major)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience using database software
Ability to demonstrate effective and professional written and oral communication skills
Junior status (if pursuing Bachelors) or First Year MBA student
Previous experience in Category Management
