The successful candidate will be part of IP verification team located in San Jose, CA. Candidate will be primarily focused on developing and enhancing existing test infrastructure perl scripts to further enhance automated tests. Candidate will also contribute in verifying and validating the Xilinx soft IPs through Xilinx implementation tools as well as with using industry standard simulation tools. Candidate will participate in test designs generation, test submission and analysis of the test results and prepares the test report. Candidate will be interacting with teams located in multiple locations.
Currently enrolled in MS Computer science or Electrical engineering (with some course work in computers) program with expected graduation after May 2013. Strong knowledge of Perl scripting Familiarity with VHDL/Verilog/System Verilog. Experience writing test bench is a plus Exposure to industry standard simulation tools Excellent debugging/problem solving skills Must be a team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
