Job Purpose:
Elsevier is looking for a Marketing Events Intern who is interested in Marketing as it relates to Event Management. The ideal candidate must be organized, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, be an excellent communicator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees, and adhere to company guidelines/policies
  • Work cooperatively with marketing operations peers and product marketing staff
  • Establish professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
  • Prepare show service orders
  • Preparing budget spreadsheets
  • Assist with P-Card Reconciliations
  • Make Show Files
  • Secure Hotel Room Blocks
  • Submit Badge registration
  • Follow-up on requests, as needed
  • Miscellaneous duties, as needed Q
