As Software Engineer Intern, you’ll work with a collaborative team of intelligent engineers committed to making a difference. You will have the opportunity to learn new technologies, tools, and languages.

This position will allow you to be part of multiple concurrent projects;

You need a strong desire to develop software in commercial environments that is technically complex and commercially successful is desirable

Understand, program and design in Linux, C and C++ principals

You will be working closely with a senior software architect. Your role requires management of teams and systems, the role requires exceptional versatility including: project leadership; follow directions; formal and informal communication; requirements analysis, software design and analysis; software development. Willing to learn aggressive testing skills and knowledge..

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, (IN PROGRESS or Post Graduate) and / or proven experience

Highly self motivated and directed.

Keen attention to detail.

Skilled in working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Desire to personally impact the data optimization storage market and have fun!

Preferred Qualifications:

E xperience in specification, design, development HBA, SSD or mult-tier mission critical systems
understanding of current and emerging architectural principles, trends and best practices experience
Interest and basic understanding of software architecture, development and delivering complex solutions

Linux kernel / embedded systems
Development with core C, C++ within Linux.

Understanding of PCIe 2.0, 3.0 and Intel E5-series processor knowledge

Excellent team-working skills

Pay commensurate with experience
