The Clemson University Athletic Department invites applicants for IPTAY Scholarship Fund 12 month Internship. This position will assist in all areas of IPTAY including fundraising, marketing, event planning and suite operations. Requirements- Bachelor's degree in communications, athletic administration or related field. Salary: $15,138.

Consideration cannot be given if the resume and application are received after this date.Position Summary: The purpose of this internship is to offer a recent college graduate the opportunity to experience all aspects of IPTAY within the Clemson University Athletic Department. This individual will have assigned duties and responsibilities within each department as outlined below.Duties and Responsibilities: All Duties are essential.Assist in managing of the IPTAY Collegiate Club, freshman orientation, the IPTAY Rewards Program, ticket distributions and the IPTAY Student Advisory Board (10%)Coordinate IPTAY Donor Fan of the Game for Football, Basketball and Baseball (10%)Assist in managing the IPTAY Tiger Cub Club mailings, Summer Reading Program and events (10%)Perform daily IPTAY Office operations (answering phones, working at the front desk, opening mail, online chat support etc.) (10%)Assist in planning and executing all Prowl and Growl Meetings and other IPTAY Donor Events (10%)Assist with the IPTAY Representatives Program (10%)Assist with donor parking assignment, donor parking communication and policy enforcement (10%)Assist in football game day operations (Suites, WestZone operations and tours) (10%)Assist with marketing and promotions for the marketing department as needed and marketing for IPTAY (10%)Coordinate the IPTAY Discount Program and other duties assigned by the IPTAY staff (10%)APPLICATION DEADLINE:July 27, 2012JEANNE CLERY ACT:The Jeanne Clery Disclosure Act requires institutions of higher education to disclose campus security information including crime statistics for the campus and surrounding areas.
