Internal Sales Representatives are responsible for selling and supporting company products and services to new and existing clients. They sell the companys products and services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned accounts or territories. Sales can be made through inbound and/or outbound sales activities. They are responsible for providing support to Sales Executives by qualifying new leads and assisting Sales Executives with managing their territory. They build relationships by regularly calling on accounts within the assigned territory to solicit orders and to cultivate new business. They are responsible for keeping customers informed about services, prices, and new products. They follow-up with clients via phone calls, emails and direct mail campaigns. Internal Sales Representatives are responsible for updating and maintaining the CRM with new lead/contact information.
