About Us:
Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union is a community chartered Credit Union who serves anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers or attends school in Nassau County . We have grown to over $390 million in assets, serving over 29,000 members in four locations with additional offices available through the shared service center network.

Provide assistance to our members regarding banking products and e-services. Responsible for processing and responding to members requests via multiple eCommerce channels.
Provide technical expertise in the resolution of any internet related products including but not limited to, bill pay, e-statements, and Quicken.
Provide information to our members via the telephone regarding products, services and their account information.
Responsible for processing, following up and completing death claims.
Responsible for processing and reconciling daily and monthly certificate renewals and maturities.
Provide all information with enthusiasm, courtesy, professionalism and efficiency.
Proficient with Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.

Education and/or Experience: Job requires a high school degree or equivalent with adequate proficiency in language, math and reasoning skills and six months related job experience. eeo.m/f/v/h.
