JOB DESCRIPTION Alicanto is looking for a strong Internet Marketing Specialist who fully understand AdWords " Yahoo/Bing paid search and display platforms, including keyword development, account setup, ad creation, content network, match types, quality score, negative keywords, conversion rates, etc. to develop and maintain best practices and strategy in paid search and display.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Translate goals and objectives into strategic interactive media plans • Optimally manage and grow PPC and display campaigns • Drive qualified traffic through affiliate and paid search online marketing channels and for developing new traffic drivers that increase qualified visitors to the site over time • Analyze and optimize campaigns from a variety of perspectives including keyword/ad copy, CTR, conversion rates, seasonal/geographical trends, search queries, landing page, conversion funnel, quality score, competitors, distribution channel, etc to achieve maximum ROI • Create and implement campaign tests to achieve actionable results and improve campaign performance • Communicate campaign results, strategy, issues or needs • Custom develop and implement performance driven campaign strategies to optimally reach a variety of industries • Expand beyond search distribution to effectively run campaigns on DSP°s, CPC networks, Retargeting, Facebook, and more JOB REQUIREMENTS: • 2+ years of experience in online/digital/interactive advertising experience required • Bachelor°s Degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Finance, or Math • Thorough understanding of online marketing and affiliate programs, research and recruit relevant successful online affiliate marketing partners • A proven track record for results oriented campaign optimization • Ability to manage, collect and integrate online advertising reporting data from multiple sources, to include web analytics, ad-servers, and other sources • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical " problem solving skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility • Proficient with MS Excel • Familiarity with HTML, website design, and web analytics. CSS and Javascript a plus
