Inventory/RMA Specialist

You will manage the day to day activities of "reverse logistics" for customer returns to maximize customer satisfaction, minimize cost, and recapture value.

DUTIES

Process returned merchandise due to damage, restock, excess inventory, asset recovery

Review and create procedures for recovery, repair and inventory management

Manage in-bound shipment tracking and documentation

Conduct routine cycle counts

Investigate, resolve and prevent inventory discrepancies

Accountable for the Return Authorization (RMA) process and procedures to maximize return and service efficiencies, and cost control

Communicates with Repair, sales, purchasing, and accounting staff to manage inventory, invoice reconciliation, and increase service to our customers

QUALIFICATIONS

3 to 5 years of experience within inventory control, materials management, or quality assurance

SAP experience required

Computer Hardware Manufacturing experience required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Possess strong analytical and organizational skills

Demonstrate ability to work in a self-directed, high energy, fast paced environment

Certification in Logistics a plus

AA Degree preferred
